If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging with the returns slip completed. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please ensure you pack the returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items.  

Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item. In case of faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery.


If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise you on how to proceed.


We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached us. However, returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.


We will typically refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase (PayPal).


If the goods were delivered to a destination within the European Union, if you cancel your whole order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, we will refund the Standard delivery cost. If you have paid for an upgraded delivery, we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery.



1) We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns for.

2) Please obtain a proof of postage which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed. 

We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.


You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and cancel the full order. If you have already received the order. you will then need to return the whole order to us at your own expense. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of reaching us. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement. We will email to confirm when this has been done.
